…and over the years I’ve discovered some amazing ways to be able to manifest wonderful things into my life.
I’ll be sharing those discoveries with you.
Which brings us here to the “sweet spot” manifesting method.
I’m super happy and excited to share with you a simple manifesting technique that gets powerful results.
I’ve been using it for some time now with great success. Some of the things it’s helped me to manifest are…
- Climbing to Everest Base Camp.
- A volunteering trip to Ghana.
- Building a successful online business.
- Improving my health and physique.
- A new car.
- Stopping drinking alcohol and smoking (3 years now)
- Traveling to Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia.
- Trip with the family to Salem Massachusetts at Halloween (tickets booked)
- A nice home.
- Happier relationship with my partner of 13 years (now fiancée!)
- And lots more!
As I write this, I’m 6 months into the year, and I’ve achieved over half of the things that I want to manifest in 2019.
…and I’m pretty confident I’ll achieve them all by the end of the year.
I’ve managed this by leveraging the sweet spot manifesting technique that I’m sharing with you now.
If you put into action what you learn then I’m sure you’ll manifest some wonderful things.

Good. Let’s go.
The Sweet Spot Manifesting Technique
So first things first.
I’m sure you have at least some basic knowledge on how the law of attraction works.
But in case you don’t, I’ll put it simply…
Like attracts like. Something with the same vibration will attract something else of a similar vibration. The stronger the vibrational match the stronger the magnetic pull. Whatever the vibration you give out will be pulling back something of the same vibration back to you.
And when I talk vibration, I mean your feelings/emotions.
So in essence, what you are feeling will be drawing back to you something in alignment with that feeling.
Most people usually think about things that they don’t want and the things they are worried about.
…because of that, they draw more of that into their life.
Your goal then is to focus on what you want AND feel good about it at the same time.
However, If you want something but at the same time you don’t 100% believe you can manifest it, then you have an intention and a counter intention at the same time.
This will block your desire from manifesting. And you will attract more of how you feel.
…i.e. doubt, uncertainty, limitation, and disappointment.
When you have a strong desire AND feel good, then you will attract what it is you want into your life.
It’s easier said than done though for most people. That’s where this simple exercise comes into play.
You’ll need a pen and paper for this exercise.
…and don’t worry, you won’t be writing a long essay. Seriously though, go get a pen and paper and let’s make magic happen!
Your Belief And Desire Scale
So to start this technique that will help you manifest your desires, you need to create a list of what it is you want.
I’ll get the ball rolling and put down some of the things I want.
- To be lean with sub 10% body fat
- Earn $100k+ a month
- Trek to the peak of Kilimanjaro
- Buy a mansion in Branksome park
- Own a Range Rover Sport
- Travel Asia with family for 6 weeks
- Go on a tornado chasing tour
Next, you will put a number from 0-10 next to each thing you want to manifest.
This will indicate your BELIEF that you can manifest that desire in the next 12 months.
0 is the lowest and 10 is the highest.
An example for me is….
- Be sub 10% body fat (7)
- Earn $100k+ a month (2)
- Trek to the peak of Kilimanjaro (8)
- Buy a mansion in Branksome park (1)
- Own a Range Rover Sport (7)
- Travel Asia with family for 6 weeks (7)
- Go on a tornado chasing tour (4)
So when you now look, you can see I have somethings that I want to manifest in my life but I currently don’t have that much belief in my ability to manifest them in the next 12 months.
For you to have success in manifesting, you need to make sure your belief is a 7,8,9 or 10.
If it’s not in that range then you need to change it. Replace it for something that you have a stronger belief in.
Overtime when you start manifesting the desires you have belief in, your confidence in your manifesting ability will naturally go up and you can manifest things that you had a low belief in before.
Your Desire For What You Want To Manifest.
Next, you need to make sure you have a strong enough DESIRE for what you want.
Your want needs to EXCITE you.
If you have strong desires AND strong beliefs, then naturally you will give out good feeling positive energy when you think about them.
One of the principles in Napoleon Hills book “think and grow rich” was you need to have a burning desire for the attainment of your goal.
This quote by Hill sums it up perfectly.
We are now going to do a similar exercise as before, but we are going rate your desire from 0-10.
1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest.
So let me show you my own example.
- Be sub 10% body fat (7)
- Earn $100k+ a month (8)
- Trek to the Peak of Kilimanjaro (5)
- Buy a mansion in Branksome park (4)
- Own a Range Rover Sport (4)
- Travel Asia with family for 6 weeks (8)
- Go on a tornado chasing tour (7)
So as you can see, after actually taking the time to think about my desires I now realize I don’t want the Range Rover sport or Mansion as much as I thought.
I don’t even want to do the Kilimanjaro trek that much.
I was a bit surprised that I didn’t desire those things as much as I thought, but things do change for whatever reason, and maybe that will change in the future.
For now though, I won’t try to manifest them.
I think because I’m happy with the car I’ve got and the home I live in, my desire doesn’t feel that strong.
However, if you wanted to create a powerful burning desire there are a few exercises you can do.
Increasing Your Desire.
This is worth doing if you have a mid-range level of desire and want to take it up a few levels on the 1-10 scale.
Firstly you can visualize your desire in vivid detail and experience what it would be like to have what you want.
For example, say I wanted to create more desire for a leaner healthier body.
I could visualize myself looking in the mirror and seeing myself with a lean, chiseled body.
I could imagine how good my clothes would look and feel in my new body.
The compliments I would get from friends and family. The satisfaction of achieving this long-held goal.
Just talking about it now makes me feel good, and my desire has gone up.
Can you see how this would work for you?
Do the same, and your desire will naturally go up.
Another thing you can do is something called dream building.
Let’s say I wanted to get excited and increase my desire for traveling with my family to Asia, here’s what I could do.
I could start looking at all the best destinations in Asia I want to visit with my family.
Then I could get some Asia broachers from the travel agent. I could also cut out some images and stick them on a vision board.
Speaking to friends who’ve been to the places I want to go or watching Youtube videos would be good as well.
This will get me EXCITED, and my DESIRE will go up because of doing this dream building exercise.
Try it yourself, and you’ll increase your desire for what you want.
The Magic Sweet Spot
For this manifesting technique to work, you need to make sure you are in the “sweet spot”.
The sweet spot is a 7,8,9 or 10 in your BELIEF in what you want and also a 7,8,9 or 10 in your DESIRE for what you want.
You need to be 7 or above in both for this to work.
If you have plenty of belief but no desire then this won’t work. And vice versa, if you have lots of desire but no belief, then this won’t work.
That’s why you need to make sure you are in the sweet spot for this to work for you.
This is the exact same technique I’ve used to manifest some amazing things in my life, and I will continue to use it for the rest of my life.
Once you use it, you won’t look back.
The Last Piece Of The Puzzle
Once you have a desire that’s in the sweet spot range then you need to focus on two things.
1. How much positive energy you are giving your manifestation
2. The frequency of that positive energy
So what this means is, how much good feeling emotion you have when you think of your desires and how often you’re giving attention to your desires.
Thinking about your desire once and forgetting about it won’t be enough, you literally need to be obsessed with your desires.
And remember you need to ALWAYS be in that sweet spot range. 7 or more in belief and 7 or more in desire.
If it wasn’t, you could have a strong desire for something yet feel bad at the same time because you don’t believe you can manifest it.
This would cancel out your manifestation.
However, If you have a strong desire and strong belief, then you will be excited with a positive expectancy of getting what you want.
If you visualize and dream build, then the positive vibration you emit will be even better.
This will pull your desire to you at a quicker speed.
Now in terms of frequency, you need to be giving POSITIVE thoughts often to what you want.
Notice how I highlighted the word positive? If your thoughts are doubtful or negative, then you will be canceling your manifestation.
You need to feel good or even better AMAZING when you think about your desires.
The more energy you put into regularly thinking about your desire and feeling good, the quicker it will manifest.
Something I recommend is creating a morning ritual where you include spending time to think about your desires while feeling really good at the same time.
Something I did, which massively helped me get into the habit of doing this each morning was going through the Morning Ritual Mastery program by Stefan James (owner of project life mastery).
Creating an empowering morning ritual in which I got myself feeling good and focusing on my desire before I started my day made such a positive difference for me.
Discipline and consistency are so important.
You need to do this stuff EVERY DAY.
You need to focus on feeling good EVERY DAY. As Abraham Hicks said,
Nothing is more important than that you feel good!
It’s so true, just always focus on what makes you feel good.
If you do, then you will naturally attract good things into your life.
Even if you didn’t do the desire/want exercise but just focused on good feeling thoughts, then you would create a much happier and harmonious life.
Something to note,
If you make this a daily habit of focusing on your wants with good feeling thought and it appears that some things are happening that seem the opposite to what you want then the universe is making way for the new.
If you wanted to get a pay rise and get more satisfaction out of your job then suddenly after doing this manifesting technique you get let go by your employer.
You might think this is a bad thing, but what’s actually happening is, the universe is lining you up with an even better job with a higher salary and much more satisfaction.
A couple of days after losing your old job, you’ll probably find out about a new better job with a higher salary and much more job satisfaction.
You must never question how your desire will manifest, just continue to focus on the 2 things.
The power of the positive energy you are giving out towards your desires and the frequency of that energy.
