For you to be able to manifest a desire you need to be in alignment with that desire.
You can only have what you are in vibrational alignment with.
In this article, I will share you the 4 stage vibrational alignment technique that if used properly will change your life, for the better.
You ready? Let's go!
So firstly let clarify what does vibrational alignment means.
What Does Vibrational Alignment Mean?
Vibrational alignment means your being is in alignment with what you want and also who you truly are.
Our true natural state is one of alignment. One of allowing. It's a state of nonresistance. It's where we can naturally allow our desires to manifest in our lives with ease.
For example. If you wanted to experience more wealth and abundance in your life, you would need to feel wealth and abundance first.
When you feel wealth and abundance already, then it's only natural through the laws of the universe that matching circumstances will manifest into your life.
If you wanted to attract love into your life you would need to get into alignment with that feeling.
Essentially you would need to feel love for yourself first and then through being in alignment with the feeling of love you would attract love into your life.
If your state of being is love and you freely give love then naturally you will allow love to flow effortlessly into your life.
So now you know what it means to be in vibrational alignment with what you want. What does it feel like?
What Does Vibrational Alignment Feel Like?
When you are in vibrational alignment you will naturally feel good as it's our truest and purest state of being.
When we are vibrating as our highest self we will feel joyous and happy.
I'm sure you can remember doing something that just made you feel really good inside.
Walking barefoot on the beach. Playing tennis with a friend. Dancing to music. It could be anything you love doing.
When you're doing something and it's bringing you joy then you are in vibrational alignment.
Your goal then is to do more of the things that bring you feelings of joy and happiness.
…things that are in alignment with your natural state of being … happiness and joy.
The 4 Stage Vibrational Alignment Technique
Below are 4 stages to getting into alignment with who you are at your purest inner state of being.
When you are in alignmemt you will then effortlessly draw into your experience what you want into your life.
Whether you want more wealth, a loving relationship, a healthier body, anything. You need to get into the vibrational feeling of that desire.
Doing the 4 stages of the vibrational alignment technique as outlined below, has helped me manifest many wonderful things into my life.
From traveling to many exotic destinations around the world. Having the freedom to work for myself doing what I love. Having a more healthy body. Having more energy and a much more loving relationship with my partner, family, and friends.
You will be able to have what you want in your life if you follow the same 4 stages.
Let's dive in.
Stage 1: Meditation
This is a weird old thing to do when you haven't done it before but I can say with my hand on my heart. This one of the foundations to my own personal happiness and success.
There's not a day that goes by that I don't start with morning meditation.
Naturally, my mind is thinking of a million things at once without any focus or clarity.
After meditation, my mind is calm, clear and able to focus. My thoughts are much more in line with who I want to be.
…someone who is more thoughtful, calm and present.
If you don't have a calm clear mind you will not be able to get into to alignment with your desire as you won't be able to guide your thoughts in the direction of what you want.
Your thoughts and attention will be all over the place, being pulled from one thing to the next.
Starting a simple meditation practice each morning will still your mind and bring peace to your inner being.
Meditation feels strange at first and most people usually try too hard in the beginning.
With daily practice, meditation is relaxing and enjoyable and requires no effort.
Start each morning with 5-10 mins to get into the habit of doing it. Then work your way up to 20-30 mins each morning.
Here's a meditation that's perfect for beginners.
Morning meditation will move you towards vibrational alignment with your core essence.
Once you do this it's time for the next stage.
Stage 2: Think about doing more of what you love
Too much of the time, we are focused on lots of things that don't bring happiness.
We usually focus on the things we worry about. Or the things we anticipate happening in the future.
Never really thinking about the things which we love.
Most people focus on doing other stuff that will then allow them do the things they love.
They work long hours on jobs they don't enjoy so they can save for a vacation, or they wait all week so they can do something they love on the weekend.
If they actually focused most of the time doing what they love then their state of being would be one of happiness and joy.
And because of that vibrational alignment to thinking and doing what they love, they would draw to their experience circumstances of more of the same.
Things in life would fall into place if they would just follow their bliss.
So to put this stage of the vibrational alignment technique into practice, simply think to yourself as often as you can,
…what do I love to do? And how can I do more of that today?
I understand that you've got commitments and you can't just quit your current job. But you can wake up each morning and decide to do more of what you love.
There are things you love doing that you could be doing more of.
Does writing make you happy? Then write more.
Like walking in nature? Then make time to do it more.
Like watching movies? Then watch more.
You may think you need to be doing more important things, but nothing is more important than doing what you love and fills you with happiness and joy.
Focusing on what you love will bring you into alignment with more of what you love. Like attracts like.
Your job is to ask yourself throughout the day, ..am I doing what I love? How can I do more of what I love?
Now let's move on to stage 3.
Stage 3: Focus on the feeling
The next phase of the vibrational alignment technique is to focus on how you feel.
You need to make sure you are focused on feeling good in what you do.
Throughout the day you need to commit to asking yourself, ..how do I feel right now?
If you're not feeling great then you need to find a way to feel better.
Feeling good means you are in vibrational alignment with who you are. If you're not in alignment then you will not be feeling good.
Something to note: It's ok to not feel ecstatic every moment of the day. Feeling content and at ease is also in alignment with your state of being.
Just make sure to make sure you are focused on feeling good and not bad.
You also need to focus on how you feel in relation to what it is you want to attract into your life.
If you want more wealth then you need to make sure you are feeling wealthy. If you feel broke and feel financially hopeless then you won't be allowing wealth into your life.
If you want a loving relationship but you feel unloved then you won't allow a loving relationship into your life.
Whatever it is you desire, you need to become aware of how you feel in relation to that desire.
Once you know how you feel you need to work on feeling more in alignment of what you want.
If you feel you are not in alignment with what you want, you need to release resistance and find a better feeling thought.
The next stage does that.
Stage 4: Release resistance and find better feeling thoughts
This stage is to help you release the thoughts and feelings that are not in alignment with your desires.
…and to help you find better feeling thoughts in alignment with your natural state of being, which is happiness and joy.
Let me give you an example.
Let's talk wealth.
If your current situation is you only have enough more to pay your bills and you feel lack because you don't have the money to buy what you want. Then you need to focus on finding feelings of wealth in your situation.
This is where you work on finding thoughts that release the resisting feeling to your desire for wealth.
This simple part of the vibration alignment technique is all about asking questions that will get you to focus on finding a better feeling thought.
So if your current situation you only have enough to pay your bills and get a basic food shop each week and you wanted to feel more wealth in your situation.
… then you would ask yourself what could you feel good about in your situation?
You would then look for true statements that positively reflect your situation. Essentially you are seeing the good.
You may think about it for a minute and say some better feeling thoughts. Such as…
- At least I do have enough money to pay the bills.
- I'm so grateful I can afford to buy the food that keeps me alive.
- Some money coming into my bank each month feels better than none.
- Thank god I do have a job, things would be so much worse if I didn't have a one.
- I am in a better financial situation than some people I know.
- If I really wanted, I could learn to be a bit more resourceful with my money which would allow me to save something each month toward getting that thing I want.
- Right now I have a roof over my head with is better than being homeless.
As you start to say these better feeling thoughts which are true statements that positively reflect your situation, you naturally feel more in alignment with what you want. Wealth.
Old thinking would have you focused on the lack of what you wanted.
Deciding to release those limiting thoughts and feelings allowed you to feel more abundant and in turn more in alignment with wealth.
If you did this release resistance and find a better feeling thought exercise for 90 days I believe you would be shocked at the profound effect it would have on your life.
I did that exercise at a time in my life when things appeared to be full of limitation and lack and within a very short period of always focusing on a better feeling thought, everything started to change for the better.
That was all I did.
I simply looked to release any resistance to my natural well being by focusing on better feeling thoughts.
I challenge you to try this for just 30 days and see the difference.

I accept with these techniques. But i want a clear idea of how can a guy could feel of being abundant when he doesn't have money or struggling hard to earn money.

You do it by by focusing on what you do have, and noticing the difference between how you feel when you're focused on what you have versus what you lack.
SO: do you have any source of income? Do you have money to pay any bills? Are you able to eat? Do you have a place to sleep? A car? Think about what you have, and be grateful for it. That will get you closer to the vibration of wealth, even if it's just one tiny step closer.
If you can't find anything to feel good about relating to money, look at other areas of your life - relationships, health, a hobby. Think of ANYTHING that feels good. Focus on that.
