Most things we do each day are UNCONSCIOUS programs.

Without this happening, we would need to think about every task we did.

Like cooking breakfast, putting our clothes on and driving to work.

We would be drained from all the conscious attention we would need to exert just to do everyday basic tasks.

The problem is,

Most people have a lot of negative programming that is counterproductive to their goals.

Because of this,

They think and act in negative ways that stop them from being the person they want to be and achieving the things they want to achieve.

3 Powerful Yet Simple Techniques Reprogram The Subconscious Mind

When you use these techniques you’ll be able to reprogram your old counterproductive mind programs to more productive behaviors and thought patterns of your choice.

1. Visualization

You’ve probably heard of this one.

This technique was made famous by the movie “the secret”.

As easy as it seems, this technique works.

How this works is, if you visualize yourself performing a new behavior you are much more likely to perform that behavior.

For instance,

Say you wanted to reprogram your subconscious mind to eat healthier.

You would then spend each morning and each night for 10-15mins visualizing yourself doing things inline with your new habit.

And THEN you must consciously ACT on those behaviors when the time comes to choose to eat healthily or not.

Then:

Over a short period of time, you will SUBCONSCIOUSLY perform those behaviors.

For example,

When you visualize yourself deciding to eat a healthy breakfast and when the time comes in your day to either eat a healthy breakfast or eat your usual unhealthy breakfast,

You decide to ACT out that vision you practiced in your mind in the morning.

When you do this,

CONGRATS you have just rewired new circuits in your brain.

You will have to CONSCIOUSLY do this at first and it will feel unnatural.

But as you strengthen those neural pathways you will eventually not need to think about it,

You will JUST DO those behaviors unconsciously.

2. Incantations

This is one up for the usual old affirmations most people advise you to do.

The only issue is.

If you don’t feel positive emotion as you say your affirmations then you won’t lock them into the subconscious.

Tony Robbins says he doesn’t do affirmations,

He only does incantations because incantations change your physiology, therefore locking the feeling into your body.

He said…

You can say 100 times a day “I am confident” but if you are anxious and frustrated then nothing will change.

If you uplift your emotions and pump your fist as you are saying OUT LOUD “I am Confident” then that will ingrain that feeling into your mind and body.

For example,

Next time when you’re about to do something that requires you be confident,

Do incantations before for 10 mins then ACT confidence.

Eventually, this will become unconscious. This is a simple yet powerful subconscious mind programming technique.

3. Mind Movies for re-programming your unconscious mind

Program your subconscious mind with Mind Movies

This is so fun and simple yet so effective.

By using this tool you are using different senses.

This is like doing visualization and affirmations on setoids.

With mind movies, you create a vision of your life by using images, affirmations, and music.

Essentially you are hitting your subconscious from 3 angles.

Let’s go back to the healthy eating example.

If you wanted to install new behaviors like eating healthy, exercising and just generally taking care of your self, you could create a mind movie around this.

You could use images that represent eating healthy,

You could then add affirmations such as…

“I choose to eat healthy food every day because I value my health”

Then you could add your favorite uplifting music to elevate your emotions.

Now you are really programming your subconscious mind.
