If we have struggled many times before, we believe that we will continue to struggle the next time we try. As a result, we can lose hope of making progress.
To give ourselves the best chance of success, we should aim to stay in the present moment.
Applying mindfulness to your life is a massive step in the right direction, especially when it comes to reaching your desired weight.
Meditation is by far the best way to start living more mindfully.

Merely sitting for a few minutes without any distractions is enough to re-focus on what is important to you.
